CVE-2026-89090

medium · CVSS 5.9 · Amazon AWS SDK for Go

An unrecovered panic in the event stream header decoder in Amazon AWS SDK for Go v2 before release-2026-03-23 might allow an unauthenticated remote actor to terminate the consuming application process via a crafted event stream response frame containing a header value type outside the valid range. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to release-2026-03-23 or later, and patch any forked or derivative code.

CVE-2026-89092

medium · CVSS 4.2 · GNU C Library

The nscd service in the GNU C Library 2.3.4 onwards may crash due to a stack overflow when a malicious DNS server returns too large a response for a DNS query, resulting in degraded DNS resolution for the system. Exploitation of this bug needs a system that has nscd enabled and using an untrusted DNS server for name resolution, with the compromised DNS server being capable of processing records large enough to result in a stack overflow in an nscd thread stack.  During experimentation, bind 9 was unable to handle large records, but that could change in future or with a different name server.  In typical installations, nscd is executed in an isolated context as its own user without a shell, due to which any compromise of that service is isolated. There is a remote possibility of nscd cache corruption if an attacker manages to get the stack pointer into a desired point in the heap, potentially resulting in other caches in nscd being overwritten with corrupt data through the stack overflow, until the buggy code path eventually results in a crash. Finally, a crash in nscd may result in performance degradation when resolving names, but it does not result in a denial of service.

CVE-2026-89099

high · CVSS 7.5 · MongoDB Server

A race condition in the document value layer of MongoDB Server can allow concurrent server threads to operate on the same internal memory without synchronization, leading to memory corruption. An authenticated user holding ordinary read-write privileges on a database may be able to trigger this condition over the normal client protocol, resulting in server termination and potential corruption of process memory with user-influenced content. Successful use of this issue may impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the affected server process.

CVE-2026-89298

medium · CVSS 4.9 · Red Hat Keycloak

A flaw was found in the Dynamic Client Registration service of Keycloak, an open-source identity and access management solution. The issue occurs when a user with the view-clients role accesses the client registration endpoint to retrieve client details. Due to a failure to mask sensitive information, the service returns the client's confidential secret in cleartext. This could allow a read-only administrator to obtain full access to the affected client's account and potentially escalate their privileges within the realm.
